How ChemFerts works

An independent commercial introducer between qualified buyers and sellers.

ChemFerts helps structure a genuine buying requirement, identify a potentially suitable manufacturing or selling party and support the introduction. The buyer and seller conduct the underlying goods transaction directly.

Our role

Introductions and commercial support.

ChemFerts is the trading name of 786 Infinite Ltd. We act as an independent B2B commercial introducer and sales intermediary for selected fertiliser and industrial chemical requirements.

We do not manufacture products, purchase inventory, take title to goods, accept buyer funds or act as the importer of record. Unless expressly authorised in a separate written agreement, ChemFerts has no authority to bind a manufacturer, seller or buyer.

Transaction structure

Who does what?

ChemFerts

  • Receives and reviews buying requirements
  • Assesses whether an introduction is commercially appropriate
  • Introduces qualified parties where suitable
  • Supports communication and commercial progress

Manufacturer or seller

  • Issues its quotation and sale contract
  • Confirms product specification and origin
  • Invoices and receives buyer payment
  • Supplies goods and transaction documents
  • Handles warranties, delivery and product claims

Buyer

  • Provides accurate requirements and end-use information
  • Performs supplier and product due diligence
  • Confirms import and destination-market compliance
  • Contracts and pays the seller directly
  • Assesses product suitability before purchase

Commercial independence

No hidden manufacturer identity at contract stage.

Before a qualified introduction, ChemFerts may keep prospective supply channels confidential. Once the parties progress, the manufacturer or seller is identified because it provides the formal quotation, contract, invoice and supply documents directly to the buyer.

ChemFerts' commercial arrangements with manufacturers or sellers are separate from the underlying sale and are not part of the buyer's product price disclosure unless the parties expressly agree otherwise.
