2. B2B purpose
The website is intended for business users seeking potential introductions concerning fertiliser and industrial chemical requirements. It is not intended for consumers or personal purchases.
3. ChemFerts' role
ChemFerts acts as an independent commercial introducer and sales intermediary. ChemFerts may receive a buying requirement, assess it, identify a potentially suitable manufacturer or seller and support an introduction or commercial discussion.
ChemFerts is not the manufacturer or seller of the products displayed on this website. ChemFerts does not purchase or take title to the goods, issue the seller's invoice, receive the buyer's purchase payment, supply the goods, provide the manufacturer's warranty or accept responsibility for the seller's contractual performance.
4. No authority to bind
Unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement signed by the relevant party, ChemFerts has no authority to make promises, warranties or representations on behalf of a manufacturer, seller or buyer, conclude a sale contract for them, accept an order or payment for them, or otherwise bind them.
5. No offer for sale
Website content, product categories, specifications, discussions and introductions are not offers by ChemFerts to sell goods. No sale contract arises with ChemFerts through use of the website, submission of an enquiry, email correspondence or an introduction.
6. Direct buyer–seller transaction
If a requirement progresses, the manufacturer or seller will normally issue its own quotation and contract, invoice the buyer, receive payment and arrange supply. The buyer and seller are responsible for agreeing all commercial and technical terms, including price, currency, payment, quantity, specification, Incoterm, title, risk, inspection, insurance, delivery, claims, governing law and dispute resolution.
7. Product information
All product descriptions and values shown on this website are indicative, may be incomplete and may change. The manufacturer or seller's final quotation, technical data sheet, safety data sheet, certificate of analysis, product label and contract govern the product and transaction.
ChemFerts does not warrant that a product is available, suitable for a particular use, compliant with a named standard or lawful to import into a destination market.
8. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate company, product, quantity, destination and end-use information. They must independently verify the seller, product, documents, bank details, import requirements, taxes, duties, registrations, restrictions, storage, transport, safety and suitability before contracting or paying.
9. Manufacturer and seller responsibilities
The contracting manufacturer or seller is responsible for its quotation, product, quality, specification, origin, packaging, export documentation, shipment, warranties, representations and contractual performance. Any product, delivery or payment dispute must be addressed under the direct buyer–seller contract.
10. Restricted products, sanctions and lawful use
ChemFerts may request due-diligence and end-use information and may refuse, suspend or stop involvement in any enquiry. Users must not use the website to seek products for unlawful, sanctioned, prohibited, military, weapons-related or otherwise restricted purposes. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for their own sanctions, export-control, import and regulatory compliance.
11. Introductions and confidentiality
ChemFerts may keep prospective supply channels confidential until an enquiry is sufficiently qualified and appropriate commercial protections are in place. Users must not misuse confidential information, impersonate another business or attempt to circumvent lawful commercial arrangements connected with an introduction.
12. No guaranteed introduction or transaction
ChemFerts is not obliged to accept an enquiry, identify a suitable party, make an introduction, obtain a quotation or achieve a transaction. Manufacturers and sellers are free to accept or reject requirements and perform their own due diligence.
13. Intellectual property

14. Website availability and security
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website without notice. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation or use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load.
15. Links and third-party material
Links or third-party documents are provided for convenience. ChemFerts does not control or endorse third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability or security.
16. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that limitation, ChemFerts is not liable for losses arising from reliance on indicative website information, failure to identify a suitable party, a buyer's or seller's acts or omissions, product quality, payment, delivery, import restrictions, regulatory action, lost profits, lost business, loss of opportunity or indirect or consequential loss.
