Before an introduction

ChemFerts may request company verification, end-use information and evidence that the enquiry is genuine. We may decline incomplete, unverifiable, restricted or commercially unsuitable enquiries.

For automotive-grade urea, state the required biuret limit and intended DEF, AdBlue or AUS32 application. For regulated chemicals, include import, storage and handling capability.

What happens next

Any goods transaction is direct with the seller.

If an appropriate introduction is made, the manufacturer or seller—not ChemFerts—will issue the formal quotation and contract, invoice the buyer, receive payment and manage supply, documents, delivery and claims.
